Boilerplate agreement | Practical Law
A skeleton agreement containing standard boilerplate contractual provisions and execution blocks for corporate and commercial contracts. It contains general contractual provisions that are often found in commercial contracts of all types such as governing law and jurisdiction, the giving of notices, variation and rights of assignment. It also includes other provisions that aid in construction of the contract, including severability, no waiver and remedies cumulative. For boilerplate contractual provisions executed in the form of a deed, see Standard document, Boilerplate deed.
