This standard document is a notice under section 8E(3) Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (LTA 1987) given by the landlord to the nominated person that the landlord has discharged its duties under section 8E(1). Section 8E applies where the landlord cannot dispose of the relevant interest to the nominated person because a covenant, condition or other obligation requires the landlord to obtain consent to the disposal from a third party.
