A Checklist for owners and operators of long term care (LTC) facilities and counsel advising them to use when implementing compliance measures to meet the regulatory requirements in effect during the Covid-19 public health emergency. The Checklist addresses infection prevention and control (IPC) and reporting of COVID-19 data during the Covid-19 public health emergency. It can help LTC facilities avoid civil monetary penalties for breach of IPC rules. The Checklist is based on federal law.
