This Checklist outlines the substantive requirements that must be met by an issuer for the SEC to grant a request for confidential treatment (also referred to as a CTR) of certain portions of its material contracts filed with the SEC, if the issuer chooses not to follow the simplified procedures available as of April 2, 2019, or its contracts do not meet the criteria for the simplified procedures.
