A note outlining the FCA's work to address underlying issues in the non-workplace pensions (NWP) market, which to date have resulted in the introduction of specific rules for non-workplace pension on default schemes and cash warnings in COBS 19.12 and contributed to the FCA's work on value for money (VfM) in defined contribution (DC) pension schemes.
