This Article reviews the cartel enforcement actions brought by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2015. The DOJ continued its focus on the auto parts cartel, while also prosecuting companies and individuals in real estate foreclosure auction and tax liens cartels, among others.
