The retained EU law version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which has applied in the UK since the end of the UK-EU transition period.

UK MAR establishes a regulatory framework on market abuse, as well as measures to prevent market abuse to ensure the integrity of financial markets in the UK and enhance investor protection and confidence in those markets (Article 1, UK MAR).
