A checklist of required swap data elements that must be included in data reports submitted to registered swap data repositories (SDRs) by reporting parties under CFTC swap data reporting rules found in CFTC Regulations Parts 43 (real-time reporting and public dissemination), Part 45 (regulatory reporting), and Part 46 (historical swap data reporting). These rules were created under Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act and amended by the CFTC in 2020.
