A model letter for an employer to send or give to former or departing employees to remind them of their continuing obligations to the employer. These obligations may include compliance with restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicit, and non-disclosure provisions, and statutory or common law obligations not to use or disclose the employer's trade secrets or other confidential information.
