Disability
As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12113, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), any of the following:
- A physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities of an individual.
- A record of a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities of an individual.
