The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has published a consultation package on amendments to Part L (conservation of fuel and power), Part P (electrical safety - dwellings) and Parts A, B, C, K, M and N (access statements, security, changing places, toilets and Regulation 7) of Schedule 1 of the Building Regulations 2010.
