This Note explains the applicability of the Mass Arbitration Rules, the rules for filing multiple cases, the AAA's role in administrating multiple cases, the roles of Process Arbitrators and Merits Arbitrators, the procedures that the parties and the AAA must follow for communicating and serving documents, and the fees for arbitrating under the Mass Arbitration Rules.
