A series of Charts summarizing the civil penalties paid by acquired parties in enforcement actions brought for all types of violations of the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act. These Charts provide information about civil penalties under the HSR Act for intentionally structuring a transaction to avoid filing, known as Rule 801.90 violations, the premature acquisition of beneficial ownership by the buyer of the seller's assets or equity, known as gun-jumping violations, and other failures to make an HSR filing, each in a separate table.
