State Council decision further opens certain sectors to CEPA service providers | Practical Law

The State Council has issued a decision that temporarily suspends the examination and approval procedure for the contracts and articles of association of companies established in Mainland China by qualified service suppliers from Hong Kong and Macau. The decision also adjusts the qualification requirements, restrictions on equity ownership and business scope and other special market access administrative measures in certain sectors for these investors.
