A chart to help in-house lawyers manage organisational risk. The chart provides a matrix in-house lawyers can use when advising clients on risk management decisions. A legal department can also use the matrix to assign decision-making authority and escalation rights in the event in-house lawyers and business colleagues cannot agree on a risk management decision.
