Non-Solicitation Clause (MN) | Practical Law
A Minnesota Standard Clause limiting an employee's solicitation of employees and customers during the term of the employee's employment and for a specified period after the employment relationship ends. It may be used as a stand-alone provision or incorporated into a written agreement with current or departing employees. It is intended for use by private employers.
