A Practice Note providing guidance on drafting employee and candidate privacy notices that comply with Malaysian data protection law and handling personal data under Malaysian law. This Note provides Malaysia specific required clauses to add to Standard Documents, Global Employee Privacy Notice (Non-US) and Global Candidate Privacy Notice (Non-US) to create employee and candidate notices for Malaysian employees and job applicants.
