An agreement for a long lease of a flat where the developer landlord will construct the flat before granting the lease. The tenant enters into the agreement based on the property plans and description (that is, the tenant acquires "off-plan").

The agreement incorporates the Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition - 2018 Revision) (SCS) with modifications where appropriate.
