This standard document grants a renewal lease of the same premises as those demised by an existing lease. It incorporates the clauses of the existing lease by reference which avoids repeating each individual clause.

This standard document will not be suitable for use in all cases. It should only be used where the existing lease is a reasonably modern commercial market rental lease. It should not be used as a lease of part of the premises let by the existing lease.
