This is the model mediation agreement produced by CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution). This agreement is the 2023 version, however, CEDR may amend this from time to time. You can check the latest version on their website, www.cedr.com.

Note that there are many alternative mediation providers, other than CEDR, or mediation may take place on an ad hoc basis. This agreement may be adapted for use in a non-CEDR mediation.
