FCA consults on proposed decisions on use of LIBOR and announces further arrangements for orderly wind-down | Practical Law

The FCA has announced further arrangements for the orderly wind-down of LIBOR at the end of 2021. Among other things, it has published a consultation paper (CP21/29) on its proposals to use new powers for certain LIBOR settings, together with a feedback statement (FS21/10) and final statements of policy following its consultation paper on its use of powers over use of critical benchmarks.
