This Note summarizes key provisions of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act relating to easing the initial public offering (IPO) process and reporting requirements for emerging growth companies, as amended by the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act), which was enacted on December 4, 2015.
