Form 10-Q
Also known as the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. The Form 10-Q is a report filed quarterly by a reporting company to disclose financial information about the company, including quarterly financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis of its results of operations and financial condition. A reporting company must file a Form 10-Q after the end of each of the first three quarters of each fiscal year (see Deadlines for Filing Periodic Reports: Chart).
