This note covers the rules on capital allowances for structures and buildings introduced by the Capital Allowances (Structures and Buildings Allowances) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/1087), which apply (broadly) to qualifying expenditure incurred, and under a contract made, on or after 29 October 2018.
