Market capitalisation

Sometimes referred to as market cap, the market value of a publicly traded company. A company's market capitalisation is determined by multiplying the number of shares in issue by the price at which such shares are traded.
Since 3 December 2021, the minimum market capitalisation for most new applicants to the premium and standard listing segments of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is £30 million (LR 2.2.7R).
There is no minimum market capitalisation requirement for companies seeking admission to AIM.
