Managed investment product
For the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (CA 2001), any of the following in relation to a registered scheme:
- An interest in the scheme.
- A legal or equitable right or interest in an interest in the scheme.
- An option to acquire, by way of issue, either of the above interests.

Managed investment products are financial products (section 764A, CA 2001).
