This note provides an overview of the FCA's new sustainability disclosure requirements (SDR) and investment labelling regime, as set out in its November 2023 policy statement (PS23/16). It also covers the new anti-greenwashing rule that will apply to all regulated firms. The requirements will start to come into force from 31 May 2024.
