A mandatory employee vaccination policy requiring that employees get a vaccine as a condition of working onsite at the employer's workplace or receive an exemption from the policy. This policy was designed to address COVID-19 vaccine requirements and recommendations during the pandemic based on evolving guidance issued by the EEOC and the CDC.
