It discusses key legal considerations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), and other laws, CDC and OSHA rules and recommendations, as well as practical guidance regarding mandatory and non-mandatory employee vaccination policies, medical and religious exemptions from vaccination requirements, and more. This Note address federal law but provides examples of state law considerations where applicable.
