A chart to help in-house counsel manage organizational risk. The chart provides a matrix in-house counsel can use when advising clients on risk management decisions. A law department can also use the matrix to assign decision-making authority and escalation rights in the event in-house counsel and business colleagues cannot agree on a risk management decision.
