The European Economic and Social Committee has published its opinion on the inclusion of investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) in both the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and in the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA), while the European Parliament's trade committee has approved the inclusion of ISDS in the TTIP.
