An update on the consultations by the Department of Energy and Climate Change and Department for Communities and Local Government, launched on 12 February 2009, on the Government's renewable heat and energy efficiency strategy, amendments to the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) and the design of the new Community Energy Saving Programme.
