In Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd v Tanzania Electric Supply Co Ltd (TANESCO) (ICSID Case No. ARB/10/20), an ICSID tribunal considered whether it had power to reverse a previous decision on jurisdiction and liability. Note: On 13 January 2017, TANESCO filed an application for annulment of this ICSID award.
