The SAIC is the regulatory authority in charge of enforcement against monopoly agreements, abuses of dominant position as well as abuses of administrative power (except price-related monopoly practices). Moreover, it is also responsible for drafting specific measures on antimonopoly and anti-unfair competition and undertaking enforcement actions of anti-unfair competition cases.
