Aggregate Offering Price

The total offering price of an offering of debt or equity securities to the public. The aggregate offering price is determined by the number of offered securities multiplied by the price per security to the public.
The amount of fees payable to the SEC in connection with a registration statement registering the securities is based on the maximum aggregate offering price. For a Securities Act filing (other than a Form S-3ASR, Form F-3ASR or POSASR), the aggregate total dollar amount of securities registered will appear in the pricing table on the cover page of the registration statement. When calculating the fees for a registration statement of securities, the company may elect to rely on either Rule 457(a) or Rule 457(o) of the Securities Act. For further information on calculating the fees payable to the SEC, see Practice Note, SEC Filing Fees and How To Calculate Them.
