Award cannot be challenged on ground of violation of public policy where tribunal found that bribery was not established (Swiss Supreme Court) | Practical Law

In two decisions 4A_532/2014 and 4A 534/2014, issued as one judgment, the Supreme Court dismissed a challenge to an arbitral award based on a violation of public policy, even though the arbitrators did not find any conclusive evidence of corruption.
