Pensions Regulator: revised determinations panel procedure now in force (practice note updated) | Practical Law

The Determinations Panel exercises most of the Pensions Regulator's powers to intervene in the running of occupational pension schemes. The Panel has reviewed its determinations procedure document and introduced minor changes from 28 July 2008. The changes arise from the Panel's experience since being established under the Pensions Act 2004. The procedure document will now reflect more accurately how determinations are made in practice.
