Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its 2013 US Proxy Voting Summary Guidelines, effective for stockholders' meetings on or after February 1, 2013. This release follows the November 2012 publication of the ISS 2013 Corporate Governance Policy Updates (see Legal Update, Institutional Shareholder Services Releases 2013 Updates to its Proxy Voting Guidelines).
