In April 2013, ISDA published standard documents for equity derivatives and interest rate swaps as well as an announcement relating to the actions of its Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee. It also published documents under the Dodd-Frank documentation initiative and standard terms relating to regulatory requirements of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
