India has acceded to the Protocol relating to the Madrid Agreement concerning the International Registration of Marks.
India acceded to the Protocol relating to the Madrid Agreement concerning the International Registration of Marks on 8 April 2013. The Madrid Protocol will enter into force with respect to India on 8 July 2013. India is the 90th member and the 14th of the G-20 economies to join the Madrid trade mark filing system.
