This note considers the steps that may be taken as part of case management once a Notice of Appeal and an Answer (together with any cross-appeal and Reply) have been lodged at the EAT. These include dealing with interim applications for directions and orders and appointments for directions to address issues raised by the parties or third parties in the proceedings before it.
