An update on the Government's announcement that there will be a consultation in the autumn of 2010 on Lord Justice Jackson's proposals for the reform of funding arrangements in his report, Review of Civil Litigation Costs: Final Report, published on 14 January 2010, in particular, his recommendations on conditional fee agreements (CFAs).
