MoJ publishes legislation to facilitate entry into force of Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements | Practical Law

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements 2005) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1644), which make changes to the Civil Procedure Rules and facilitate entry into force of the Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements. The changes come into effect on 1 October 2015.
