Three agreements for US public company acquisitions with a deal value of $100 million or more were filed this past week.
  • On August 2, 2017, Sierra Wireless, Inc. agreed to acquire Internet of Things enterprise solutions provider Numerex Corp. in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $107 million at signing.
  • On August 7, 2017, Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire medical device manufacturer NxStage Medical, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2 billion.
  • On August 8, 2017, Wabash National Corporation agreed to acquire specialized commercial vehicle manufacturer Supreme Industries, Inc. in an all-cash tender offer valued at approximately $364 million.
