On 5 July 2007, the Ministry of Justice published a consultation paper on the proposed changes to CPR 6, 7.5 and 7.6 (see Legal Update, Service consultation paper published).
PLC Dispute Resolution has published a Practice note, Service: the main proposed changes to CPR 6, which considers and assesses the practical impact of the main changes proposed.
The consultation is open until 28 September 2007.
