Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein updated her individual rules.

Southern District of New York

Judge Laura Taylor Swain updated her:

Western District of New York

The US District Court for the Western District of New York posted a new attorney admission form.

Third Circuit

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Judge L. Felipe Restrepo updated his policies and procedures.

Fifth Circuit

Northern District of Mississippi

The US District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi posted proposed civil rules changes for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, which will go into effect on December 1, 2014.

Sixth Circuit

Eastern District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan updated Local Rule 77.2(f), regarding the presiding judge in the Flint courthouse.
The court also updated Local Rule 83.11(b)(7), regarding the reassignment of companion cases.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois updated its local rules. A summary of changes made to Local Rule 40.1 is available here.
The court also posted general orders regarding:
Judge Amy St. Eve updated her initial status report.

Southern District of Indiana

The US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana posted a notice on a proposed amendment to Local Criminal Rule 13.1 that will go into effect on July 1, 2014.
The court also posted a general order regarding cellular phones and electronic devices in courtrooms.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Amended local civil and criminal rules went into effect for the US District Court for the Central District of California on June 1, 2014. The court also provided a redline of the changes.
The court also posted a new:
Magistrate Judge Jay C. Gandhi updated his procedures and schedules, changing the days on which he holds settlement conferences. Judge Gandhi also relocated his chambers from the Los Angeles US Courthouse to the Ronald Reagan Federal Building and US Courthouse, 411 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana, CA.
Judge John A. Kronstadt updated his:
Judge Consuelo B. Marshall corrected section 10 of his procedures and schedules, changing the word “arraignments” to “arrangements."
Judge Virginia A. Phillips updated her procedures and schedules, adding a section on a pilot program for submitting documents under seal.
Judge Dean D. Pregerson updated his procedures and schedules, posting a new mandatory chambers copy policy.
Magistrate Judge Jean P. Rosenbluth updated her procedures and schedules, relocating her chambers from the Ronald Reagan Federal Building and US Courthouse in Santa Ana to the Los Angeles US Courthouse, Courtroom 827-A, 312 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA.
Judge Josephine L. Staton updated her initial standing order.
Visiting Judge William G. Young (D. Mass.) posted a policy on mandatory chambers copies for his Central District of California office.

Southern District of California

The US District Court for the Southern District of California made a minor correction to Patent Local Rule 3.7, so that it now reads: "[a] party who does not comply with the requirements of Patent L.R. 3.7 will not be permitted to rely on advice of counsel for any purpose, absent a stipulation of all parties or by order of the court, which will be entered only upon showing of good cause."

Tenth Circuit

District of Utah

The US District Court for the District of Utah updated its annual attorney registration form. The registration form also applies to attorney registration for the US Bankruptcy Court in Utah.

Eleventh Circuit

The US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit updated its transcript information form.

Middle District of Florida

The US District Court for the Middle District of Florida posted a new attorney admission form.
Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington updated her case management report.
Judge John E. Steele posted a new model exhibit list.

Southern District of Florida

Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman relocated his chambers from the C. Clyde Atkins United States Courthouse to the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building, 99 Northeast Fourth Street, Miami, FL.
Magistrate Judge Alicia O. Valle relocated her chambers from the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building to the U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse, 299 East Broward Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
