CAC issues provisions on internet search services | Practical Law
The Cyberspace Administration of China has issued new rules that regulate the provision of internet search services in Mainland China. The provisions require internet information search service providers to monitor search information content and co-operate with regulators to protect national security, the public good, and the lawful rights and interests of users.
