On 29 September 2011, the recognised professional bodies that regulate the conduct of insolvency practitioners in England and Wales published a revised form of Statement of Insolvency Practice 9 (SIP 9). SIP 9 deals with the remuneration and expenses of insolvency office holders. The revised SIP 9 has effect from 1 November 2011.
