An update on Calyon v Wytwornia Sprzetu Komunikacynego Pzl Swidnik SA [2009] EWHC 1914 (Comm) in which the court considered the effectiveness of a jurisdiction clause in an ISDA master agreement where the Polish counterparty argued that the transaction was not governed by the agreement.
