The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published a consultation paper containing draft technical advice on possible delegated acts on criteria and factors for intervention powers concerning structured deposits under Articles 41 and 42 of the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (Regulation 600/2014) (MiFIR) (EBA/CP/2014/20).
